I just haven’t shared it with anyone until now!
I was waiting for the right time to unveil this huge post/page that I compiled over a 12 month period.

Our journeys with CFS / ME and other illnesses are very personal, and I would never presume to tell anyone else they have to do what I do.
In my blogs I share with you my opinions on what I think makes a difference in managing our illnesses, and this post is no different.
Well, actually it IS slightly different in that it is sharing with you what I have done/continue to do personally to manage my CFS / ME / Electrosensitivity.
If you happen to pick something up from it, then that’s a bonus.
It’s the reason I wrote it – with the hope that it may help someone, somehow.

Here’s hoping I get a post up tomorrow. This 31 Day series is taking it out of me (especially after doing the #ThisIsME campaign and managing the page on May 12!), but I’m enjoying it all the same.
