I used to have a big spiel here about my coaching, including a video and what I coaching services I offer to people with chronic illness and pain (aka Spoonies).
I’ve evolved and grown in my personal and professional life since setting up that page, and for now I just want to keep it simple.
I can support you as your coach in multiple way to achieve your goals in life – whether that goal is that you just want to be able to increase your quality of life or you want to climb a big mountain somewhere in a far off land!
I’ve been through a lot in my 44 years on this earth – long-term illness, pain stuff, divorce stuff, parent stuff and all sorts of other “stuff” – and I’ve accumulated a lot of wisdom along the way.
The wisest thing I’ve learned is how to talk less and ask questions more, which is how my coaching works to a large extent.
We draw from YOUR OWN wisdom and I help you realise that you have most of the answers to your questions/worries/conundrums already. You just sometimes need someone to reflect that back to you like a mirror! That mirror, in this case, would be me! 😀
I do way more than chronic illness coaching now. I love doing wellness coaching and Breakup First Aid/Bounceback coaching … pretty much any type of life coaching is in my wheel house because most of it is about you and I being a good fit, me asking the right questions, you drawing from your own infinite wisdom, and me throwing in a tid-bit of my own wisdom here and there.
If you live in the Ballarat area I’d love, love, love to coach you in person (no EMFs/computers involved! good for me if you’ve read my blogs) BUT I’d also be very happy to work with you over the phone (I cover the phone costs) or Skype/Zoom.
My sessions are now just $60 each. I want to be within the budget of most people, while at the same time also making it worth my time and energy (as much as I love you and want to help you, I also need to love me first and that usually cost moola in some way, shape or form, even if it’s just to buy better quality food to put in my smoothies!) 🙂
If you’re interested in my coaching, drop me a line at LouiseBibbyCoaching@gmail.com and we’ll go from there.
